CLASS 1 AND 3 OPERATORS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\">Supervised by the Sales and Dispatch Coordinator, the Class 1 Driver is responsible for transporting bulk product in the Val-d\u2019Or and Cadillac region based on the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"p1\">RESPONSIBILITIES \u2013 CLASS 1 AND 3 OPERATORS<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\">Perform a mechanical inspection at the beginning of each day to check the condition of the truck;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Fill the gas tank at the end of every work shift;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Drive the truck to the destination and deliver the merchandise to the location designated by the customer;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Check the delivery location to ensure there are no obstructions (wires, etc.);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Finalize the delivery ticket and have it signed;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Always keep trucks and equipment clean (indoor and outdoor);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Be courteous with customers at all times;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Report any customer complaints to your supervisor;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Comply with the load and size limits legislation;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Observe the speed limits;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Fill in your logbook when you go more than 160 km from your home port.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">When there is no bulk transporting to be done, the worker may be required to operate a lowbed, \u201cB-Train\u201d or \u201csemi-trailer\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \u2013 CLASS 1 AND 3 OPERATORS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\">At least 2 years of experience as a driver;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Be independent and versatile;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have good mechanical knowledge;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have initiative and enjoy working with the public;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have a Class 1 driver\u2019s license;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">BENEFITS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\">Group insurance<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Group RRSP<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Virtual medicine service<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Employee Assistance Program (EAP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">SCHEDULE<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">7\/7 day shift (the schedule can vary based on needs)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cetcreation.com\/betonbarrette\/nouvelles\/rh@betonbarrette.qc.ca\">contact Myriam Thibault-H\u00e9lie,<\/a>\u00a0HR Director, at 819-825-8112 ext. 312<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>JOIN THE GANG!!!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supervised by the Sales and Dispatch Coordinator, the Class 1 Driver is responsible for transporting bulk product in the Val-d\u2019Or and Cadillac region based on the customer\u2019s needs. &nbsp;
