{"id":9189,"date":"2022-11-04T20:39:02","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T20:39:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cetcreation.com\/betonbarrette\/offre-demploi-operateurtrice-de-betonniere\/"},"modified":"2023-05-18T21:10:02","modified_gmt":"2023-05-18T21:10:02","slug":"offre-demploi-operateurtrice-de-betonniere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/betonbarrette.qc.ca\/en\/offre-demploi-operateurtrice-de-betonniere\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Offer \u2013 35-TON TRUCK OPERATOR, CRUSHING PRODUCTION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Supervised by an operations foreman, the 35-ton truck loader operator is responsible for performing the following tasks to meet operational requirements.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"p1\">JOB DESCRIPTION \u2013 35-TON TRUCK OPERATOR<\/h1>\n<p class=\"p1\">On a daily basis, the operator is responsible for transporting the ore and\/or aggregates from the loading to the unloading site, i.e., \u201cthe crusher feeder or the reserve for stockpiling\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>During production shutdowns, he\/she participates in maintenance activities to support the mechanics or to do so, may act as a confined space entry supervisor, must lockout before entering a piece of equipment, etc.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">RESPONSIBILITIES \u2013 35-TON TRUCK OPERATOR<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ensure compliance with the health and safety rules such as the work card, the three support points, access to the equipment, etc.;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Maintain the order and cleanliness of his\\her equipment;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Conduct pre-trip circle checks to detect and prevent breakage; he\/she submits his\/her inspection form to the immediate supervisor at the end of the shift;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Identify and report any problems related to the proper functioning of the equipment (safety or mechanical condition);<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ensure proper positioning of the equipment so that the production or retrieval loader can place the ore or waste rock into it;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Transport ore or waste rock to the unloading area;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Respect the transporting cycle time: loading-transporting-unloading-return to the loading site;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Compile the data in the trip report on all rotations and submit it to his\/her immediate supervisor at the end of his\/her work shift;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Use the equipment with concern for good usage practices (driving, braking, tires, etc.) and operations to be performed by adapting to the terrain and weather conditions;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">During production shutdowns, he\/she participates in maintenance activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \u2013 35-TON TRUCK OPERATOR<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Knowledge<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Secondary V training;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Valid Class 5 driver\u2019s license;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">At least 2 years of related work experience;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have an ASP Construction card (an asset).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Skills<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Demonstrate initiative and be observant;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Good physical capacity;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Willing to perform repetitive tasks;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Independent, organized and methodical person;<span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ability to work as part of a team;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Able to work in a dusty environment;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have good mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment (an asset).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">BENEFITS<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Group insurance<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Group RRSP<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">EAP (Employee Assistance Program)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">WORK SCHEDULE<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">7\/7 Schedule, DAY\/NIGHT<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">6 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Potential for a pension and accommodation<span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For more information,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cetcreation.com\/betonbarrette\/nouvelles\/rh@betonbarrette.qc.ca\">contact Myriam Thibault-H\u00e9lie,<\/a>\u00a0HR Director, at 819-825-8112 ext. 312<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>JOIN THE GANG!!!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Supervised by an operations foreman, the 35-ton truck loader operator is responsible for performing the following tasks to meet operational requirements.
